We hosted a “Reset Yourself” contest over the last couple of weeks and invited everyone to send us a creative expression of how they are resetting during this crisis. We saw drawings, stories, chalk art, photography, and video that put a smile on our faces. Thanks to everyone who participated.
We chose a winner and we would like to congratulate Camryn Miller. She submitted multiple drawings that told us a compelling story. Camryn gets her choice of one free cup of coffee a day for a year or one free bottle of wine a month for a year.
As an artist, Camryn loves to tell stories. From sketches to the final product, she enjoys the entire process of developing and then finalizing a story. She also enjoys instilling a moving meaning into the center of her pieces.
Currently, Cameron is enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design getting her BFA in animation plus courses in storyboarding and screenwriting. She is home in Folsom right now during the Covid-19 crisis and earned her Associates Degree in Art New Media from American River College.
You can learn more about Camryn and her art on her website and follow her on Instagram. Congratulations Camryn! We can’t wait for you to enjoy your year of coffee or wine.
